Gillingham is located to the north of Dorset close to the borders with Somerset and Wiltshire. Within 15 minutes of the main east to west trunk road (A303) and close to the magnificent National Trust facility at Stourhead. The bowling club has a full six rink green and brick built clubhouse which can cater for up to 45 visitors for lunch and or an after match meal. Together with a private car park and a facility for coach parking, excellent changing facilities and a well stocked bar this club is well worth a visit. It's location makes it an excellent stop for any tourists heading to or returning from the south coast being only 90 minutes coach travel from Bournemouth or Weymouth.
